interesting isn't it..i read only two pages of this article so far.. but i came across this (or a similar?) experiment some time back - where they found that a random number generator showed spikes whenever a major world event was ABOUT to happen - i.e. it could predict these things.. like it spiked just before the dec 26 tsunami..
